How do you get me out of my timeshare

Is it worth to cancel my timeshare?

That is a question that you have to answer yourself, if you are happily using your Timeshare then you should continue using your Timeshare. You should also contact your resort to see if there is anything they can do for you as well. But if you have contacted the Resort and there isn’t a solution for you and if you are unhappy with your ownership and have tried many times to use it with no avail then why continue to pay for something that you cannot use or are happy with. We think of a situation like this is similar to having health insurance but doesn’t cover you for anything. What’s the point of keeping the policy?

What information do you need from me so you can cancel my timeshare?

We need very little information besides knowledge of what you own and at least a copy of your most recent maintenance fee, if you have additional documents such as a copy of the Deed or the Contract that will help us asses your case.
