Frequently Asked

How do you get me out of my timeshare

We have two programs for clients that desire to exit their timeshare – Our primary service is a legal and permanent cancellation of your timeshare ownership by using attorneys who have been battling these resorts for many years and Winning! Our Secondary service is a Transfer Service for clients who have completely utilized their timeshare and just want to move on because their lives and vacationing styles have changed. Both Services come with 2 100% Money-Back Guarantees!!

Can I cancel my timeshare with a Mortgage?

Yes we can, Our Attorneys cancel Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars in Timeshare Mortgages Every Week.

How much does it cost to cancel my timeshare?

Every Timeshare cancellation is unique in its own and is not a one size fits all situation. We offer all our clients a free consultation to make sure they qualify for our services, if they do then our senior advisor will be provided with a fee and they will provide you with that fee and you will be able to make the decision if you want to move forward with our services. We have a strict no pressure policy, the choice must be completely yours.

Will I get money back for my timeshare?

Though we have gotten clients’ money back in the past, these occurrences are few and far between so we make it a company standard to never promise a client anything that we cannot guarantee. We suggest that you be very careful when you are promised by a company that they can get you money back because there is no way they can guarantee you that they can get you money and its usually just a ploy to get you to do business with them.

Is it worth to cancel my timeshare?

That is a question that you have to answer yourself, if you are happily using your Timeshare then you should continue using your Timeshare. You should also contact your resort to see if there is anything they can do for you as well. But if you have contacted the Resort and there isn’t a solution for you and if you are unhappy with your ownership and have tried many times to use it with no avail then why continue to pay for something that you cannot use or are happy with. We think of a situation like this is similar to having health insurance but doesn’t cover you for anything. What’s the point of keeping the policy?

What information do you need from me so you can cancel my timeshare?

We need very little information besides knowledge of what you own and at least a copy of your most recent maintenance fee, if you have additional documents such as a copy of the Deed or the Contract that will help us asses your case.
