1. Sponsor This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by ACA Group (“Sponsor”), located at 1901 NW 62nd St, Suite 401, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
2. Eligibility Open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are verified past or current clients of ACA Group whose timeshare exit process has been successfully completed or is being handled by our team. Employees of ACA Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Entry Period at its sole discretion.
4. How to Enter Eligible participants must submit an original video testimonial sharing their experience with ACA Group's timeshare exit services via the designated web form. All entries must be truthful and based on the entrant's real experience. Submissions are collected using Boast.io and are additionally subject to Boast's Terms and Conditions. By entering, you agree to comply with both ACA Group's and Boast.io's respective terms.
5. Consent and Use of Testimonial By entering, you grant ACA Group a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, adapt, display, and distribute your testimonial (including name, image, likeness, and/or voice) in any media now known or developed in the future, for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes, without further notice or compensation.
6. Prize One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a $250 prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be selected within 7 days of the Giveaway end date and notified via email and phone. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate may be selected.
